    • This replaced a leaking cartridge. The correct cartridge was easily identified on the website by using the colour of the original part (although the replacement is a different colour). It arrived through the letterbox the next day. Replacing the cartridge was straightforward. It needed precise positioning so that the pins would engage and a firm push. There was no indication of which was right way up so the water flow could be diverted the opposite way than it was originally - by the cartridge being upside down but the cartridge could be re-inserted. Care was taken not to over-tighten as it is made of plastic. (no instructions are included). It is working fine and it does not drip.
