• I placed an order for a replacement dual flush valve after I clumsily damaged my original valve in a Roca toilet cistern. I got the part number from Roca UK helpline.
  NSS website confirmed that I could place an order for this part which I duly did.
  There was a slight delay in its dispatch but NSS sent me an email to keep me informed.
  The part supplied was sent as a parcel with Royal Mail.
  It was exactly what I needed. A friend with plumbing skills helped me to remove the damaged valve, and we were able to put the replacement valve in its place without much difficulty.
  My twin flush is now functioning perfectly once again.

• Exactly as required to replace a damaged part. Fitted easily and works well as required. After some research, found on NSS website and was by far the cheapest original Roca replacement I found compared to other providers. Not the quickest delivery but part was not in stock with NSS and communication was good with the option of cancellation offered. I was not in a hurry but only had to wait 11 days (including weekends) for delivery. Will use NSS again if similar products required in future.
