    • Good afternoon,
      Im experiencing problems controlling the temperature of the shower, we are only getting hot water from it, we have tried turning the dial with a screwdriver but this it still not working. How can we decide which part needs replacing? A new cartridge was fitted in 2011, the shower is approx 14 years old. Do you think it is worth replacing parts or do you think a new shower is needed? any advice would be appreciated. thank you rachel
