    • I have a triton aspirante over 10 years old it developed a low pressure problem so replaced solenoid and the flow is good and now on hot setting but it now runs cold - is that likely to be the thermal cut out or tank?

      Hello, if it is stone cold, it may be the pressure switch, part of the stab valve or the main thermal cut out on the top of the heater can. Given you had a pressure problem to strart with it may be the stab valve.

    • dear sir or madam i have a t150z shower it cut out while using it i reset the breaker turned the shower back on now the water is only luke warm on the highest heat setting do you know which part needs replacing many thanks mr i james

      Hello, it is most likely to be a heater tank element that has blown, the can assembly will need to be replaced.
