    • Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish, I contacted National Showers because I needed a thermostatic valve but because I had a generic shower with no branding I was unsure which cartridge I needed, National Showers recommended I take a photo of the cartridge and send it to them, which I did. They immediately replied saying they had received the photos and supplied a reference number for future contact and said they would try and match the part, within an hour they responded again with a match and a link to purchase the item if I wanted to, which I did.
      I ordered the part at 4pm on a Friday and received a mail saying it had been dispatched by Royal Mail tracked delivery, it arrived on following Monday. A first class company with first class customer service, I would highly recommend.
