• A very nicely made assembly.
  This replacement control mechanism should enable you to get a new lease of life from your shower valve. I say should, because this part is now obsolete, and I bought the last one on the shelf. We are told that it has been superceded by a new version, but the last time this happened, Ultra, in their wisdom decided to change the temperature control spindle size so that the existing handle will not fit. It remains to be seen if the replacement spare part is plagued with a different incompatibility.
