      We have a Trevi E4215AA slide bar kit and replaced the shower head a couple of years ago ( Mira). It seems too heavy and does not hold in the shower bracket on the slider. Will this Trevi head be a better option?

      Most heads should be held up okay by most head holders. Although it does depend on the Mira head you purchased. A few of them for example the Mira 360 head are very heavy. A standard head like the one you mentioned should be fine.
      Although if you do mind the head still drops, you may need to replace the head holder itself as it may have become loose with wear.
