Hello, I have a mira event xs and when turned off it doesnt fully shut off and water continually trickles through the shower head. Would it be the solenoid valve that needs replacing.
Hello, yes it is the solenoid valve 453.13.
is the bracket that holds the shower head available to purchase seperately.the bracket i mean is the one that slides up and down the support bar. tnank you.
The part you require is available and shown in link below
the strength of flow of water does not change when the knob is turned from high to low on my mira event xs shower.
Hello, it sounds like the potentiometer has failed, you need to replace the harness 453.11 if it is manual and 453.10 if it is thermostatic.
I have a leak somewhere around the inlet manifold of my Mira Event XS manual shower.
I suspect it to be the square o rings between the inlet manifold assembly and the manual thermostat assembly which I see you include in your seal kit.
If, however, this does not fix it, I am probably looking at a new inlet manifold. If I was to buy both from you and not use the manifold, could I return it?
Hello, yes any 'unused' parts can be returned
