      3 stars for the product. Nothing to do with the company at all. Had the shower 4 years and this is the 3rd pinch grip. Original out he box lasted 2.5 years and the first replacement lasted less than a year so this is our third. It breaks in the same place everytime at the internal plastic hinge. So it's a product problem and nothing to do with national shower spares. To be honest I could of brought an new shower from the spares I've purchased. ( aqualisa lumi )

      You will have to remove one of the end brackets from rail to replace the handset holder.

      Hello, the angle adjusts via a rather tight ratchet, you need to use the leverage of the head in place to help with adjustment.
