• Fortunately this was a direct replacement unit for an old one which stopped producing hot water. The installation could not really be simpler. However I encountered an issue with the rewiring. I notice that the earth connecting block is smaller than the live and neutral and smaller than the one I was replacing. This meant that the three earth wires would in no way fit the block. Normally I would work around it by utilising another block etc. This could not be done and because if the safety aspect I am now waiting for a qualified electrician to turn up. Just in case you are wondering I tried the earth block from the old unit but it was too big and would not fit. Is it really a big issue to revert to the old larger block? Thanks. Ken.

• The product is good similar to the original but it should be great if the include the pipe fitting connector because the old one cant be removed. That's the only issue, apart from that it's good.
