    • Thought it would be good idea to fit these when system was isolated, and found 1 of the original valves was broken. So maybe that compounded the problem I was having with the unit. Everything now works fine.

    • Bought to replace an original NRV which had failed. Slightly different to the original, 16 year old, NRVs but I guess that is due to a change in design and materials. Excellent quality and certainly appear to be doing the job. Cheapest price I could find too.

    • I have a Grohtherm 3000. When it's turned right down to cold the water is still luke warm. I've dismantled it and cleared some debris in the filters in the non return valves. But the problem still remains.
I did notice that the central arm in the left hand valve was detached from the rest of the unit. Could this mean that the non return valve needs replacing.

      Hello,
Do you mean the central arm in the non return valve? If this is the case, then yes, you would have to replace the non return valve.
      Thanks.

    • Hi, I hope you can help me.
I have a grohe 34328 fitted in shower room. It is supplied by cold mains 5bar and Stuart Turner monsoon 4bar hot. When any cold tap in house is used the pump starts. I have isolated all taps in turn and shower valve is the one at fault. Does it sound to you that are non return valves could be at fault? This problem started approx 1 year ago on and off but is now a constant issue. Your advice would be appreciated.

Hello, yes the non return valves in the shower are sticking, clean and de-scale them first, but they may need to be replaced.

    • Have a Grohe automatic 2000 shower
The shower head drips slowly but continuously after shower switch off
Does this imply that one of the non return valves need replacing or just cleaning?
      Thanks
      david stanley

Hello, it will be the flow valve, not the non return valves. I need to know exactly which 2000 you have to quote a part number
