    • Easy-to-use online ordering process and importantly, the diagram profiles of showerscreen seal strips (complete with all measurements) were extremely useful in finding exactly the right item from the many possible options. After purchase, I had occasion to phone the office with a query - the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. A highly-recommended company! The shower seal itself was 4ins longer than the guide slot at the base of the shower door but this was fine as I could simply cut it to the exact length needed. In summary a smooth transaction and I'd happily order from NSS again.

    • There was a delay in my receiving my order but I was informed of this in a timely manner and the wait time was only a couple of days which was fine as it was a non urgent item. I was pleased to get my item which I had trouble finding elsewhere, and the dimensions and clear info on the website was a great help in me ordering the right item.
