• Would love to give top marks but have not been able to use it yet as I can't get the blinking 55mm brass nut off! Have watched the video a few times but hammer bashing, boiling water treatment, (4 kettlefuls!), Penetrating fluid have not had any effect so am stuck at the moment. Wonder if you could saw it off? No, don't think so. Delivery of service kit was prompt though.

• All good as long as you can get into the 55mm nut that holds the internals. I had a right game trying to get it off. I tried the suggestion on the You Tube video to no avail. Ie hot water. I ended up purchasing an 18 inch pipe wrench which Unisys the nut in a matter of seconds. Once in all the O rings can be replaced easily. Shower is brilliant again. Given it a new lease of life.
