Replaced ultra stiff old diverter valve with this one which arrived quickly enough and was a few pounds cheaper than 'the other' supplier and a LOT cheaper than direct from Mira and now everything is marvellous again. Only took about 20 minutes to fit, doesn't leak and works as it should, smoothly and more importantly, EASILY!

• Diverter assembly was required due to breakage of a weak plastic internal component, the item was relatively simple to fit and should prove reliable in service however the use of plastic rather then brass for the core components would greatly improve this product. It is annoying to have to replace the entire assembly rather than the individual component which is not made available for sale.

• Easy to use website. Very quick delivery. The part was easy to fit. It has a turn knob which is a lot better to regulate than the original that was always quite stiff, hence why the part inside broke off. Will certainly buy from this spares company again
