• Item arrived the day after I placed the order and is correct. It also comes complete with step by step instructions and all the necessary seals. Fitting it was reasonably straightforward following the instructions and was completed in about an hour. The part I found most awkward was remounting the shower assembly in the casing as you need to hold the flow valve tight against the heater tank while also trying to fit the inlet filter assembly into the inlet side of the flow valve. As both connections need to fit into the slots in the casing in order to hold them together, this can be a bit of a fiddle, especially as the the inlet valve assembly needs to be exactly square on with the valve otherwise it will not slide in easily. I ended up undoing the inlet assembly from the inlet pipe which made it easier to fiddle everything into place. Otherwise it all went well and the shower even worked OK when I had finished. The temperature did rocket up when I first turned it on but I assume that was because there was not much water in the heater tank as it had been turned off and what remained in the tank drained out when removing the assembly from the case. It stabilised quite quickly and is now working perfectly normally with a much better flow than we have had for quite a while. Very pleased with the product and the result.
