A quality genuine spare part, Fits exactly as a replacement component should. Detailed fitting instructions in the box, It was a bit fiddly swapping the micro switches over :- the contact button on the switches getting stuck in the power selecting cam (a thin spatula needed to push the button back to stop it being damaged) Otherwise take your time no problem !
