Changed it when the thermal switch went and it’s made a huge difference. Only need the shower on 1/4 instead of 1/2 way up on temperature. Must have been clogged with limes scale.

Please could you tell me how many heating elements this has
Hi,
It will have two elements inside the sealed non serviceable unit. The temperature knob on the shower activates the microswitches for each element in the tank.
