Once I had discovered that I required the other cartridge, it was ordered and I received it within a few days, excellent service. The instructions were followed for fitting the new cartridge and I now have a shower which provides hot water again. The service that I received from National Shower Spares from ordering, refunding and delivery was absolutely outstanding. Great customer service and will definitely not go anywhere else should I require spares in the future.
