    • In no particular order:
      1. I received the component soon after being ordered. This is important with a plumbing component.
      2. The instructions were clear but I suspect for a non-DIYer a little more clarity would be required.
      3. The total price was shown on screen whilst I was browsing so there was no P&P surprise when I got to the final screen - very good practice, worth highlighting on your site.
      4. It would have been helpful to have asked for a place to leave the parcel if there was nobody at home. I've only recently learned that if I put a notice in the window - for example:"Please leave parcels in green box" AND SIGN IT the postman can photograph as evidence if delivery and leave the parcel in the green bin.

    • I am looking for a Mira Logic Sprayplate (the rubber bit with the holes in it). I note that there is low-capacity and high-capacity. I am looking for the one with the finest spray rather than the heaviest flow. Is this the low capacity or the high capacity?
