  Peter Burdekin

• Required a Thermal switch to repair a Mira Sprint, I have 2 of them so when 1 breaks, I can replace the parts to get it running quickly, then order that part to keep the 2nd shower ready for the next issue. Shower guarantees are useless in a busy household (cannot wait a week without a shower), therefore National Shower Spares to the rescue. I was in no rush and they had to order the part in for me. Perfect service and as I was not in a rush, they got it to me within a decent timeframe. Thanks guys 👍

• Switch fitted easily without issues and worked perfectly. So relieved we could repair our Mira electric shower ourselves for only the minimal cost of the switch. Delighted with the service from NSS, fast delivery and easy to order.

• The switch was delivered promptly, and is now fitted and working. Making a sketch of the wiring, before dismantling, is advisable as the switch is buried in a bunch of cables (9 in total). The switch comes with fitting instructions from Mira, which are very helpful, and easy to follow: so, read the instructions, and remember to isolate the power first.
