    • We found this Company very helpful although we couldnt get hold of anyone on the telephone and gave up in the end but they responded promptly to our enquiries on Email. We really were not sure which parts we needed to replace, the hindges had broken on our Roca toilet. We sent a photo and they advised which parts we needed. We ordered the parts online and paid for them. However, we received an email about day later saying they were out of stock but they gave us an estimated date when thry would be dispatched. We received an email a few days later saying they were chasing their supplier and we received the parts several days later. They fitted perfectly so we were very happy! Thank you.
