    • I had a customer whose shower pump had stopped working just before the Easter break and the family were over from Spain so needed it fixing fast. I asked NSS if they had a 24hr delivery option but was told that Royal Mail was not honouring this at present so they couldn't offer it. I placed the order anyway and was promised immediate dispatch. The unit arrived early the next day and was fitted less than 24hrs after it had stopped working. Very happy customer. Exact replacement for the original, easy to fit. Will definitely use NSS again, excellent service

      NSS website is good, but very poor Salamander website (for after-sales warranty registration). I registered it on their system but annoyingly there is no login (that I could find) to check my details etc. Will have to track it via my Google calendar!
      I wonder whether this product is covered by the latest legislation regarding availability of spare parts?
