    Uniblade Chameleon 1200mm Wet Room Threshold Strip Seal - Grey.

    The Chameleon® wet room seal is an ideal solution for situations in wet rooms or shower areas where the flow of water runs out of the floor area it is not intended to.

    1200mm long
    25mm wide
    10mm high
    Made of Grey rubber, with a silicone groove

    It is a common problem with the ever growing popularity of walk-in shower areas coupled with power showers or high pressure shower systems. The water level rises, as the waste cannot cope with the flow required, and water escapes to the rest of the bathroom!

    The Chameleon® wet room seal is made from a soft grey rubber that simply silicones to the required position on the floor area - tiled or vinyl. It offers an indiscrete barrier to stop the water escaping the shower area. The translucent colour helps the seal to blend in with its surroundings and the soft hollow design feels soft underfoot. All in all a fantastic solution to a common problem!

    • My daughter moved into her new flat, which has a wetroom,the first time she used the shower the room was flooded up to the door.
      It didn't matter how fast or slow she had the shower on the room still flooded.
      I bought the uniblade chameleon after reading all the good reviews about it.
      It was so easy to fit,firstly moped the floor and left it to dry over night also layed out the uniblade chameleon on a flat surface with a piece of wood on the top and some weights to flatten it out to stop it from curling up.
      Using a pencil and a sprit level drew an L shape on the the floor,I cut one end of the two uniblades so they would butt up against each other.
      I put a line of silicon on the underneth of the uniblade then using the pencil line attached it to the floor,I used black gaffa tape to hold the uniblade in place.
      Did the same with the second piece but this time butting it up against the first piece and up the side of the wall to the seal that runs around the bottom of the wetroom,left the silicon for 24 hours to dry then removed all the tape.
      Since putting down the uniblade the water does not go past the uniblade so no more flooding the wetroom.
      I highly recommend anyone who has a wetroom which floods to buy the uniblade
