Hi. Cant turn my shower off. The control turns but nothing happens. Need help asap as had to turn water off

The temp cartridge is available there are a few versions you will have to remove the front on off dial which is a push on type.
Then there are 4 screws holding the grey temp handle to reveal the cartridge, which are colour coded, colour, pink green or grey
If your shower is now on a combi / mains cold supply you require the 022802 pink type. The front dial ( on off ) is now obsolete on this older version.
