• The product (both items) are well made, however, the instructions are a bit ambiguous. Best practice is to note the exact position of the old stop ring before replacing with the new one. If in doubt, (and not mentioned in the instructions!) there is a fine line on the stop ring which should be lined up (exactly) with the indent on the mixer unit. This will ensure the temperature stop will be in the correct position when re-fitted after having adjusted the regulator to 38°C
