    • I have a Trevi Boost shower which is just over 19 years old but appears identical to the E9005AA model which was working OK until recently. Since a disruption to the water supply, I can now only get luke warm water at the shower head despite being 60 degrees in the tank. I've checked the hot and cold cartridges and the thermostatic cartridge, none of which seems to be particularly scaled. The cold water pressure appears to be back to normal and I can get hot water with the cold isolated if I lift the shower head down but there is not enough pressure with the head in position. I am loathe to change the thermostatic cartridge if this is not the problem but could try changing the O-rings and screens (part A963069NU). Will the current spares fit my existing unit? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

      Hello, I am sorry to say but it is the Thermostatic cartridge that needs to be replaced.
      the Venturi mechanism has failed.
