    • Much quieter that the model this replaces, can barely hear if with two halved squash balls under it to isolate the vibration. One star deducted as this model comes with 22mm hoses which meant altering the existing 15mm piping that fitted the previous model with reduction elbows. There may be an option to replace the hoses with 15mm but wasn't an option as I had no hot water until it was replaced!
      Excellent service from NSS, and next day delivery was great.
